At PTC we strive for excellence, and in doing so all our plants facilities and production processes are certified with the internationally recognized quality & environmental management standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 respectively.

In order to achieve the requirements for these international standards, every piece of our products runs a comprehensive testing procedure before leaving the factories to ensure consistency across all product specifications. The product quality and efficiency must be tested piece by piece, and no product leaves our factories without this extensive single unit test. 

Besides, acknowledging our responsibility as a global citizen, our production centres strictly follow the international environmental management guidelines and minimize the impact on the nature like the effluent control system.

STMC

Standard Test Methods Committee (STMC) ensures that compliant companies follow the guidelines to evaluate all-in-one toner printer cartridges. This provides a basis for comparing between all-in-one toner printer cartridges such as new OEM and remanufactured cartridges.

PTC and the production centre (Handan PhotoC Technologies Co., Ltd.) follow these guidelines to make simple, but useful, evaluations that can be used to determine basic print quality and yield for cost-per-page comparisons.
