Since its inception in the early 1970s, Hanguang OA Toner Co. Ltd. (the parent
company of PTC Holdings Limited) has been developing and improving to become
the leading and professional manufacturing company of printer consumables.
With the well-equipped factory in mainland China, the company is now supplying
high quality products to different countries over the globe. Take a look at

- Photo paper product is introduced into PTC product range

- New production line was introduced to raise the production capacity

| August 2009 |
- A new production center for toner cartridges was set up and we expect to increase the toner cartridge capacity up to 250,000 pcs per month.
- Certified with ISO 14001 International Environmental Management Standard.

- The third OPC drum production line was established to cope with the increasing demand with monthly capacity reaching 700,000 pcs.
- Certified with STMC (Standardized Test Methods Committee).

| 2008 |
- PTC was established to provide full range of printer consumables including toner cartridges, inkjet cartridges, copier cartridges, ribbon cartridges, ink film, OPC drums and refill systems.
- A new production line of toners was set up and the monthly toner production capacity increased to 200 tons.
- Toner cartridges production capacity increased to 150,000 pcs per month.

- Two extra assembly lines of toner cartridges were introduced with monthly capacity of 100,000 pcs.
- Certified with ISO 9001 International Quality System Standard.

- Started to manufacture replacement toners for HP, SAMSUNG and EPSON laser printers, and KONICA digital copiers.

- Started to manufacture replacement toners for Minolta copiers.

- Additional OPC drums production line was set up and the production capacity was expanded up to 500,000 pcs per month.
- Started the assembly of toner cartridges with monthly capacity of 50,000 pcs.

- Started to manufacture replacement toners for Toshiba and Sharp copiers.

- Handan PhotoC Technologies Co. Ltd. was established to manufacture top quality OPC drums & toners.
- Started to produce replacement digital copier toners for use with RICOH & HP copiers.

- Started to manufacture and sell replacement electro-positive toners for KONICA OPC copiers.

| 1987 |
- Established a joint venture cooperation with KONICA.

- Cooperated with Japanese U-Bix Company.
- Manufactured and sold Hanguang U-Bix copiers.

- Started to manufacture a series of SANYO toners.
